Williamson disses Kosky after Kosky disses Williamson used by The Oz to dis Manne

My interview with Barrie Kosky, much to my surprise, lept from the back pages of The Sun Herald to page 3 yesterday.

Today, The Australian used the interview to have a subtle little jab at Robert Manne.

Unsurprisingly, Williamson came back to have a go at Kosky once again in The Canberra Times later this morning.

This will be ripe for the picking for Jonathan Biggins and Julia Zemiro who are hosting tonight's Helpmann Awards.

Anyone else?

Unfortunately neither Zemiro nor Biggens picked up on it, but at least this year's Helpmanns provided a few bizarre moments as always. What has Millsy got to do with the theatre? Jacqui Weaver with Bell Shakespeare? Or Glitter and Fluffy running up to claim an award for a play that wasn't theirs? Shouldn't it have been Rob Brookman? Or a member of the Actors Company? At least they got a photo for the papers of Cate holding the award as though she'd won.

Mills was one of the male leads in "Wicked".
